Instead of printing ARROYO which stands for the last name of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, it is printed as ARROVO.It is really a good collector’s item. A bill that reveals the true nature of Arroyo.(Arrovo sounds like robo, a spanish word which means "to rob")
